Bersih. Dramatik. Rupa rapi dan kemas. Merupakan reka bentuk landskap yang moden dan kelihatan menarik serta bergaya.
Simple shapes, lines, textures, and colors. Tidak memerlukan banyak pattern dan tidak rumit. Modern design has been described as 'minimalist'. This should not mean boring.
Dengan reka bentuk landskap moden, perancangan untuk menghasilkan sesuatu projek sangat penting.

The concept of ‘minimalist’ is to create an elegance and modern form of things, therefore, both the house and the garden should designed accordingly; stressing in the use of the space. Avoid the concept of tropical garden because it will make your house looks dark. It makes use of clean, geometric lines to create a stylish look.. It's simple, elegant and effective.
